This necklace is handmade from recycled and up-cycled materials. An off-cut of discarded copper pipe has been combined with pulped waste paper to form a focal point and scraps of copper pipe have been riveted together with sterling silver to create the other end. The chain is recycled sterling silver. The versatile necklace can be worn at multiple lengths, the slim copper end of the chain is passed through the round end and can be left loose or can be passed through again to fix it in place.
 
Each necklace will be slightly different and you will receive the one pictured.
 
The copper can be left to darken over time however it can also be kept bright by gently cleaning witha metal polishing cloth at regular intervals.
 
The paper element has been sealed to protect it from everyday wear, however it should not be exposed to excessive moisture, and the necklace should be removed before showering and sleeping. Please be gentle.
 
Being handmade there may be small imperfections, these just add to the character!
